Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Mousse

Who said vegans don't get enough protein? Here we've used silken tofu, paired with our Chocolate Vegan Protein, to give this dark chocolate mousse a deceivingly creamy texture, as well as helping you to hit your macros

 

Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Mousse | Neat Nutrition. Clean, Simple, No-Nonsense Protein.

 

METHOD:

Melt the dark chocolate slowly in the microwave, stirring it every 30 seconds to keep it from separating.

Whilst that is melting, start blending together the silken tofu, maple syrup, salt, vegan protein powder and cocoa powder in a food processor. Add the melted chocolate and blend again until creamy and smooth.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
