Desk-Fast Yogurt Jars 3 Ways

For a lot of busy career-climbers, the majority of meals are sadly eaten at the office, scoffed back in-between meetings or emails. It can be tough to keep things tasty whilst still being easy to both make and transport, so these simple yogurt jars are an absolute desk-fast winner! Get creative with your favourite flavour-combinations and switch things up every week to keep things interesting.

These jars might look fancy, but putting them together couldn't be easier. Whichever flavour combo you choose, start by blending together all the base ingredients. Once smooth, layer up your jar, alternating your yogurt mixture with any of the add-in's you've chosen.

For example, to make the carrot cake jar, blend together the Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, whey protein, honey and cinnamon. Once smooth, layer this up in your jar in between the shredded carrot, raisins and extra honey. Top with nut butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon before taking into work to enjoy!
