Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Anything made with peanut butter is a winner for us, and these peanut butter protein cookies are no exception. We might not be giving Ben's a run for its money just yet, but paired with your afternoon cuppa, these aren't half bad for satisfying your sweet tooth!

METHOD:

Mix together the dry ingredients (except the chocolate), and in a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients until smooth. Then combine everything together, stirring in small chunks of the dark chocolate

Shape the mixture into small thumbprint cookies, pressing down on the top with a fork to make a little indent.

Bake them in the oven at 175c for 10 minutes. Leave to cool on a baking rack before devouring.
