Recently, we've been loving no-bake recipes like these pecan pie protein balls, which are super quick to pull together and can sit in your fridge or desk drawer ready for when a craving hits.
First, place your dates and pecans in a food processor and blend until no large chunks remain. Once the mixture starts to become sticky, add in the rest of your ingredients and blend again.
Using your hands, roll bite-sized balls and store in an air-tight container.
