Pink Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

METHOD

Chop your banana and freeze overnight.

Run the dragon fruit packet under the hot tap until it becomes liquid, about the texture of a slushie.

Start to blend your banana and dragon fruit in a food processor or strong blender. This takes some time, but will start to come together with a thick, ice-cream like texture.

Add in your scoop of protein, blend again until well combined before pouring out your smoothie bowl and decorating!
