Chocolate bark is one our favourite naughty treats: just melt chocolate and top with all kind of extras. So we wanted to offer a healthier way to enjoy the indulgence of chocolate bark without all the guilt!
Place a sheet of greaseproof paper onto a baking tray, ready for your chocolate and place in the freezer so the chocolate will start to set quickly.
Melt the cacao butter in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring in the cacao powder until dissolved. Add the protein powder, and cashew butter and stir until mixed. Remove from the heat and stir in your maple syrup.
Pour onto the cold baking tray and sprinkle with your toppings before leaving in the fridge to set. Break into pieces for snacking!
