Ombre Smoothie

This is one for the aesthetic lovers among you! If you have a little time, this requires making three smaller shakes and mixing, so put aside longer than you usually would to make a smoothie. The end result is a shake that tastes super good and you can drink it in layers.

Ombre Shake

METHOD:

    Start with the green shake. Add the ingredients to a blender and blend, before decanting in a separate glass or jug. Repeat with the strawberry shake. Finally, make the banana shake and then layer them in a mason glass drinking jar. The thicker the shakes, the easier they are to layer.

    NB: If you don’t have both Vanilla and Berry Protein, you can use Vanilla for all three shakes.

    Spinach Shake

    • ½ scoop of Neat Nutrition Vanilla Protein
    • Handful of spinach
    • Rude Health Almond Drink

    Strawberry Shake

    • ½ scoop of Neat Nutrition Berry Protein
    • Handful of Strawberries
    • Rude Health Almond Drink 

    Banana Shake

    • ½ scoop of Neat Nutrition Vanilla Protein
    • 1 banana
    • Rude Health Almond Drink
