Pumpkin Spice Nice Cream
Dessert doesn’t have to be a dirty word! Here’s how to make a healthier ice cream alternative that won’t make you feel guilty about saying yes to an after dinner treat.
METHOD:
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and place in the freezer.
Every 10-15 minutes, check back on your nice cream and give it a stir to break up any big ice crystals. At this stage it should resemble a ‘slushy’.
Once your nice cream is at a creamy but thick consistency, remove and serve!

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 serving Neat Nutrition Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
