Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

We’ve been bewitched (see what we did there?) by pumpkin spice this autumn so we thought we’d round off October with a shake that will make you feel at home, even when you’re not.

METHOD: 

Put all your ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into your favourite smoothie glass or takeaway cup and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop Neat Nutrition vanilla protein
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice
