Raspberry and Cinnamon Quinoa Porridge

It might be August, but here in London the weather sure isn't acting like it! This quinoa porridge recipe is a great way to mix up your breakfast routine and will warm you up on those cold, rainy days that feel like it's November! Serve it warm straight from the stove, or stir in yogurt and leave it the fridge overnight.

METHOD:

Put your quinoa on the stove with the milk and water and cook on a medium heat. Keep stirring periodically whilst it simmers, making sure the liquid doesn't completely evaporate. Once the quinoa is light and fluffy and most of the liquid has been absorbed, take the pan of the stove.

Stir in the scoop of protein and an extra splash more milk to get your desired consistency along with a tsp of cinnamon and a handful of chopped raspberries.

Top your porridge with extra raspberries and a generous dollop of yogurt.
