Raspberry Kisses

These raspberry kisses might be sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and packed full of protein, but you won't believe how tasty they are! Made with just 3 ingredients, they are a really simple sweet treat to whip up this weekend and will keep in an air tight container for up to a week.

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 130 degrees and line a baking sheet with grease-proof paper.

Whisk your egg whites into stiff peaks in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl mash your raspberries up and mix in the protein powder. Slowly fold the raspberry mixture into the egg whites, being careful not beat the air out of the eggs.

Place your egg mixture into a piping bag and pipe little 'kisses' onto the grease-proof paper (you can pipe whatever shape you want!)

Bake for around 40 minutes until crisp.
