Raspberry Smoothie Bowl (Vegan)

We believe strongly in starting the day well, and eating a delicious breakfast that tastes like dessert is our favourite way to do just that! This protein smoothie bowl recipe is super thick like ice cream and will certainly have you feeling fruity...

Add your frozen banana and raspberries to a food processor and start to break down the fruit, adding a little milk (slowly!) to help it blend. 

Once this starts to come together, add your protein powder and keep blending, scraping down the sides as necessary. This might take some time, and you may need to add a little more milk to help the mixture come together but be careful not to use too much - you want it nice and thick remember! 

Once smooth, place in a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Almond milk to blend
  • Toppings of your choice: we love extra raspberries, banana, granola and of course, nut butter!
