Mango & Strawberry Smoothie

A refreshing and sweet smoothie which is perfect for when you want a taste of summer! From the fresh zip of the mango to the sweetness of the strawberries; the bonus is a hint of vanilla from our protein. This one’s a winner.

For this smoothie, we used cactus water from our pals over at Truenopal. Cactus water is actually the water extracted from the prickly pear and has no fat, no added sugars and is gluten-free and vegan: win, win, win! If you haven’t tried cactus water, it has a fresh, subtle taste that’s a little fruity but mostly just clean and light. It’s great for using as a base for smoothies if you want an alternative to milk or milk like-drinks.
