Perfect Protein Boost Smoothie

The perfect post workout treat - packed with the optimum quantities of protein, fat, carbs and fibre, this Perfect Protein Boost Shake comes from Emily Cohen and includes added protein in the form of egg whites and oats, as well as optional flaxseed.

METHOD:

    Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blitz until velvety smooth!

    Sprinkle with your favourite toppings – Cacao nibs and hemp seeds for a bit of crunch and some fresh berries to top it all off! Get sipping or grab a spoon a start tucking in - it tastes so good it'll be gone in seconds.

    Perfect Protein Boost Shake

    • 1 scoop of Neat Nutrition Vegan Vanilla Protein
    • 1 large handful frozen raspberries
    • 1 handful spinach
    • 50ml coconut water
    • 50 ml Rude Health Almond Milk
    • 30g oats
    • 100g egg whites
    • 1/2 frozen courgette
    • Big sprinkle of cinnamon
    • 1 heaped TSP Flaxseed - optional
