Protein Guacamole

 

This is a perfect treat for a summer BBQ, movie night or a snack at your desk. You don't need any equipment, just a knife and some fresh, tasty ingredients!

METHOD:

     Simply prepare all your ingredients, mix them all together well in a large bowl and serve!

    Protein Packed Guacamole

    (Serves 4-6)

    • 3 ripe avocados, chopped roughly
    • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or extra lime / lemon juice)
    • ½ tsp cumin
    • ½ tsp smoked paprika
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • ¼ tsp black pepper
    • ½ small red onion, finely diced
    • ½ jalapeno pepper, finely chopped and de-seeded
    • 2 large plum tomatoes, finely diced
    • 1 small clove of garlic, minced
    • 3 tbsp neat nutrition vegan naked protein
