Seed & Nut Protein Balls

We teamed up with our pals at Wyldsson to create these Seed & Nut Protein Balls using their time-saving Porridge Topper! With a mix of chia, flax, sesame, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, plus cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, organic Persian mulberries & goji berries, you've got a fantastic mix of ingredients in one handy place!

 

 

METHOD:
Pop all the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine. Add some almond milk (or milk of your choice) little by little. Once the mixture comes together to form clumps, it's ready to go! Use a large teaspoon size amount of mix for each ball and roll between your palms until you have a ball-shape!

Seed & Nut Protein Balls
(makes around 8)

  • 2 scoops of Neat Nutrition Protein Powder
  • 1 cup of oats (blend this before beginning to form a chunky flour)
  • 1/2 cup of Wyldsson Porridge Topper
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • Splash of almond milk
