Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

There are two things we love without doubt at Neat HQ: pancakes and peanut butter - so why not put them together and create the ultimate weekend treat?

Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

METHOD:

Put all ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined.

Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan until sizzling and drop two tablespoons of mixture into the pan. When almost cooked through, flip and brown on the other side.

This recipe makes around four pancakes (depending on the size you dollop!). Top with yoghurt, more peanut butter and banana from an indulgent brunch!
