What could be more classically Wimbledon than a bowl of strawberries and cream? We've taken this great British combo and created a quick, easy, macro-friendly yogurt bowl recipe for you to enjoy curled up on the sofa in front of Sunday's finals or to serve up to party guests in little glass jars - if you can bear to share it!
Simply combine the greek yogurt with the scoop of vanilla whey until smooth and creamy. Next, stir in the vanilla extract and 2 handfuls of chopped strawberries, mashing them slightly to bring out the flavour.
Heat the other handful of strawberries in the microwave to create a thick sauce, and allow this to cool slightly before drizzling over your yogurt bowl and serving!
