Sweatlife Strawberry Paradise Shake

For those who didn't make it to Sweatlife last weekend to try our three brand new shakes, we thought we'd treat you to the recipe for our most popular shake of the day; Strawberry Paradise. This fruity number doesn't only taste amazing, but is quite possibly the most Instagrammable protein shake ever you'll ever make!


Strawberry Paradise

 

METHOD: 

Run the sachet of frozen dragon fruit under a warm tap to thaw slightly, until it becomes the texture of a slushy! Put this in the blender with all your other ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • 1 handful frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 sachet dragon fruit 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein 
  • coconut milk
