Whether you love or hate the Hallmark holiday, there's never any harm in using Valentine's Day as an excuse to eat chocolate all day! We've taken the classic strawberry and chocolate combo, to create this tasty, layered shake. Go on, give yourself a little love...
First, blend your frozen banana and strawberries with 3/4 of the milk of your choice.
Pour a third of the smoothie out into your jar or glass. Add your cocoa powder and chocolate whey protein in with the rest of the smoothie and blend up with the last bit of milk.
Top up your smoothie glass so you have a nice layered shake and serve!
