We're taking inspiration from the flavours of a delicious cinnamon bun for this warming protein oats recipe. The cream cheese and vanilla whey makes for an indulgent topping, and will give you a good dose of protein to keep you feeling full all morning long.
Place your oats in a saucepan and cook with the milk of your choice on a medium heat, stirring regularly. As your porridge starts to thicken, mix in 1 tsp almond butter and cinnamon.
Whilst this is cooking, mix together your cream cheese, vanilla whey, 1 tsp cinnamon and sweetener of your choice.
Place your cooked oats into a bowl and dollop your cinnamon cream cheese mixture on top. Add an extra dash of cinnamon and almond butter if you wish.
