We're all about getting in a good serving of fruit and veggies first thing in the morning to fuel us through the day, and this carrot cake smoothie bowl does just that, but in the most indulgent way! It's packed full of nutrients whilst still tasting like you're eating ice cream for breakfast...
The night before, chop up your banana and steam your carrots. Place the carrots in the fridge and the banana in the freezer.
When you're ready to make your smoothie bowl, start by blending the banana and carrot together until it starts to come together, adding a little ice if needed to thicken.
Add in your protein, cinnamon and a splash of milk if needed to blend it all together. Once smooth, serve with your toppings of choice!
