Vegan Peanut Butter Mug Cake (Vegan)

Delicious, indulgent, healthy and it takes less than 10 minutes to whip up this tasty dessert! Did we mention it contains peanut butter!

METHOD: 

Combine the flour, baking powder and protein together in a bowl. Add in the wet ingredients (except the chocolate chips), and mix until smooth. 

Stir in half the chocolate chips and place the mixture in a lightly greased mug or small bowl. Put this into the microwave for 60-90 seconds (this can vary depending on the power of your microwave).

Top with the leftover chocolate, extra peanut butter and anything else you fancy!

 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 serving Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp flour - we used spelt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter - smooth and runny 
  • 1/4 tsp caramel extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp choc chips
