Vegan Protein Mediterranean Meatballs
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400F/Gas mark 6.
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until all of the ingredients turn into a mushy consistency (adjust seasoning if needed).
Begin forming the meatballs by hand – scooping around a walnut size amount and rolling between your palms. Place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Pop in the oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
Serve with your favourite pasta and Bolognese sauce.
