Hot Chai Protein Drink

Craving a warm spicy drink to keep you from the winter cold? This Hot Chai Protein Drink will have you feeling cosy in no time. With mixed spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, it’s a delightful mix that goes perfectly with our Naked (unflavoured) Protein Powder, or Vanilla.

 

Hot Chai Protein Drink

METHOD: 

Mix the spices in a small bowl – Try making extra by using 1 teaspoon of each of the ginger, spice and cinnamon and save for later drinks.

In a saucepan, add the almond milk and protein powder and whisk well over a low heat. Add the spice mix (if you prefer a more subtle blend, only add half). Continue to whisk until the mixture is hot through but not boiling.

Pour into a mug and enjoy!

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Naked Neat Nutrition Protein (we used Whey)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon mixed spice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg
