Celebrate finals day in style with these cute tennis ball treats - a seriously fun little snack that adults will love as much as the kids! Simply mix 1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder, 1 large tbsp of coconut yogurt (or your preferred dairy alternative) 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder and a dash of vanilla extract, adding in milk slowly until creating a thick sauce / spread. Spread on to corn or rice cakes and decorate your tennis balls with desiccated coconut or yogurt.
