Although our holiday priorities are usually more tanning, less toning, when you enjoy living a healthy lifestyle working out doesn't seem like a chore and it can feel good to exercise whilst travelling. This handy packing list will help you keep up your fitness game when you jet off to the sunshine, without having to bring half the gym in your suitcase... 


Gym Kit and Trainers

This one probably goes without saying, but you’ll need a couple of gym outfits and a pair of trainers to make sure you're dressed appropriately to get active on holiday! Leave your thick winter leggings at home and pack lightweight tops and shorts to be prepared for the summer heat. 


Resistance band

This might be the world's smallest piece of equipment, but it can really pack a punch. Pop it in your luggage and use it to activate your glutes before a run or create a leg burning circuit to do in your hotel room or on the beach.


Healthy Snacks

Remember, refuelling post workout is important no matter where you are in the world! Pack some snacks in your suitcase, such as healthy bars or protein balls, to have on hand for when post exercise hunger strikes. Staying active on holiday doesn't necessarily mean working out. Try going for a walk around the local town, hiking up a hill to see the sunset, or going for a bike ride in the sunshine.
