In need of a quick, no-nonsense workout for your next gym session? Neat Ambassador and owner of Farm Fitness, Tom Kemp, has created this awesome 15-minute conditioning circuit, focusing on your lower body. It's relatively simple and can be adjusted to suit every level of fitness, but be warned - it will certainly push you to your max!

The Workout

15-minute AMRAP circuit (as many rounds as possible)

6 x sandbag front squats (Alternatively, perform x6 dumbbell goblet squat or body weight squats)

2 x 20-25 metre prowler push

10 x calories on the air-dyne/bike
