Neat at Sweatlife!
2,500 sweaty people, almost 1,000 protein shakes, hundreds of Nourish Kitchen meals and gallons of coconut milk later - Sweatlife has come to a close for another year!
It was amazing to see how far the festival had grown since last year, and this time we were up on the top floor with our shake bar, next to the Foundry's strongman workouts and the community hub. With everyone piling out of some seriously hard core workouts and into our line to refuel, we were certainly kept busy all day and even started to sell-out by mid-afternoon – you lot were a hungry bunch!
But it was great to get some feedback and hear that you loved our brand new shakes! For those not able to get a taste this weekend, our three new flavours, which you might have seen on our Instagram sneak-peek last week, were:
Made from dragon fruit, strawberries, coconut milk and vanilla protein. No-one managed to guess the secret ingredient of this fruity number – dragon fruit! It’s this tasty fruit that gives it it's bright pink colour and makes it the most Instagrammable protein shake going.
Made from coffee, chocolate protein, frozen banana and hazelnut milk. Mocha Madness was probably the favourite of Team Neat – certainly giving us the energy boost we needed to keep us going all day long and perfect for those rushing in between some seriously sweaty workouts.
Made from frozen pineapple, coconut milk and vanilla protein. The rain might have been pouring at times, but that wasn’t going to dampen our spirits! We brought our own sunshine to the Tobacco Docks with this tropical, cocktail-inspired shake.
As well as fueling you all with our shakes, Nourish Kitchen meals and Neat protein snacks, we also had Neat Ambassador Natalie, from Mind Tonic Therapy, running a pop-up sleep clinic. It was awesome to see so many of you stopping by to get some expert sleep tips and even more awesome to hear that people have managed to put them into action and finally get a good nights sleep!
So despite a few sleepy looking faces in the Neat office yesterday morning, Sweatlife was an amazing day and we absolutely loved chatting to you guys and making sure you stayed fuelled all day long. Roll on next year – we can’t wait!
