Absolutely Nuts Protein Pancakes

METHOD: 

Using our new Protein Pancake Mix couldn't be easier! Pop 100ml of milk, 2 scoops of the mix and 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter into a shaker and shake until you have a smooth batter. Add 1 tbsp mixed, chopped nuts and shake again. 

Add a little oil (1/4 teaspoon will do) into a frying pan on a medium heat and wait for the pan to get hot. Once there’s a slight sizzle, add two tablespoons of batter. It will start to set and once the pancake has a good ‘foot‘ – meaning it is nice and cooked on the bottom – you can flip that pancake like a pro!

Once all your pancakes are cooked, stack them and top with extra peanut butter, mixed nuts and even a cheeky drizzle of maple syrup if you wish!
