This protein smoothie bowl is essentially like eating chocolate ice cream for breakfast, just with a couple of added benefits! It's sweet, indulgent and oh so chocolatey - that's what Easter is for after all...
Blend your chopped frozen bananas in a food processor, until it's broken down into very small pieces and starts to melt together. Scrape down the sides as you go.
Then, add in the protein, cocoa and a small splash of milk to start bringing the mixture together - it should have a super thick but smooth texture. Add a touch of extra milk if needed, but be careful not to add too much.
Scoop out into a bowl and adorn with your favourite toppings - we love frozen raspberries, nut butter and a sprinkling of leftover Easter egg!
