Acai and Raspberry Bites

These acai and raspberry bites with chocolate chips are the definition of moreish! With the texture of a super soft cookie, they are a definite crowd-pleaser and will certainly disappear from the kitchen fast...

METHOD

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.

Blend your oats into a powder in either a food processor or Nutribullet. 

Place the oats into a large mixing bowl and mix in your raspberries, acai, egg, protein and chocolate chips. The raspberries will start to break up, but this is okay!

Mould the mixture into walnut sized balls, place these into the baking tray and press them down to become flat.

Bake for roughly 15 minutes- try one straight out the oven, they're delicious warm!
