This protein-packed acai smoothie bowl is sweet, fruity and refreshing; perfect for refuelling after a hot outdoor workout!

METHOD: 

Run your frozen acai packet under a hot tap until it starts to liquidise. Add this to a food processor or strong blender with the frozen banana and berries.

Add your protein powder and, if needed, a splash of milk to help this blend together. It may take a while to break down, but be careful not to add too much milk if you want a thick, ice-cream like texture!

Once smooth, pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings - we love nut butter, granola and berries!
