Blueberry Shake

This gorgeous summer weather is screaming for cooler breakfasts, like this fresh and fruity blueberry smoothie! The pineapple and oats are great for soothing any troblesome tummies, and you can even prep it the night before work, placing it in a jam jar to sip on during your commute...

METHOD

Blitz everything together in a Nutribullet or blender and whack it in a jam jar - simple!

Blueberry Shake Recipe

  • 500 ml dairy free milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (I use frozen so the smoothie is nice and cold!)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup oats
