Sometimes there is nothing better than biting into a perfectly baked, chocolate chip cookie! These chocolate and vanilla cookies have been given a healthy Neat twist and are ideal for snacking on when your sweet tooth hits. Not a dark chocolate fan? Swap in dried fruits and chopped nuts for an equally tasty alternative.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
Combine your banana with the protein powder, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Once this mixture is well combined mix in the oats and chocolate chips until everything is evenly distributed.
Add a dash of milk to bring the mixture together.
Roll the mixture into balls in your hand and then place these onto your lined baking tray. Pat the balls down with the palm of your hand until they are flat and in a cookie shape.
Bake for 15 minutes, once the tops go golden.
