For many, January is all about trying to get in as much goodness as possible after a little too much Christmas indulgence. This smoothie bowl is packed full of greens and the nutrients you need, but won't leave you starving or feeling like you're running on empty!
Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with whatever you like - but of course, be mindful!
Clean Green Smoothie Bowl (Serves 1)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 small cucumber
- Handful of spinach or kale
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop Neat Nutrition Whey Protein (Vanilla)
- 1 tsp Supergreens powder (optional)
- 1 cup coconut water
