Dark Chocolate and Pistachio Protein Balls Recipe | Neat Nutrition. Clean, Simple, No-Nonsense.

METHOD:

In a food processor, start to blend together the nuts, oats, dates and chocolate whey protein. If you need, use a splash of almond milk to bind the mixture, but be careful not to add too much.

Stir in the dark chocolate chunks before starting to roll the mixture into bitesized balls using your hands.

Once all the balls are done, blitz the extra pistachios in your empty food processor and roll the balls in this to decorate.
