Go Go Goji Berry Protein Balls

Want your protein balls packed with texture and flavour? These bite-size delights are perfect afternoon snacks and will keep in the fridge for up to a week. Make them on a Sunday night (they take 10 minutes, max) then take them to work. It’s up to you if you want to share!

Go Go Goji Berry Protein Balls

METHOD

Put all the ingredients in a blender of food processor and mix on a low setting until mixture is combined. You can so this one by hand if you don’t have a mixer.

Use milk or water to bind the ingredients into lumps, then roll into bite-size balls.

Keep in the fridge.

 

Go-Go-Goji Berry Protein Balls
(Makes 8)

  • 1 scoop of Neat Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup of goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon of cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup of milled flaxseed
  • Milk of choice to bind the ingredients
