Hot Bircher Muesli

A batch of this bircher muesli will last you 4-5 days in the fridge and will be ready for you to eat on the run or to heat up quickly in the morning. That's right, hot bircher is the new HOT thing! Although if you'd rather play it safe, it's just as delicious eaten cold and the cheeky spices will keep you warm inside.

METHOD:

On a Sunday night combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange juice, apple, coconut, honey and goji berries in a large bowl. Stir until combined and pour in enough milk to comfortably cover the ingredients. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and leave it in the fridge overnight.

In the morning remove cling wrap and add the yoghurt, nuts and seeds and stir until combined - and that's breakfast for the week sorted! All you'll need to do each morning is heat it up (if preferred) and top it with your toppings of choice, such as cinnamon, honey, coconut, berries or banana.
