Our good friends at Pic's Peanut Butter have created this tasty protein ball recipe using their epic peanut butter and Neat Nutrition vanilla protein. They also contain a hit of espresso too, making them the perfect healthy snack for when you need a little brain boost mid-afternoon!
Literally throw all the ingredients in a mixer, apart from the maple syrup. Once this has started to blend, add in a tsp of maple syrup at a time to bind the mixture together.
Roll them out and keep them in the fridge for up to a week - perfect for taking to work ready for when hunger strikes!
