Simply chop a small apple into bite-sized pieces and pop it into the bottom of a large mug or small bowl with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon and 1 tbsp. of granulated sweetener. Next, rub together 2 tbsp. of butter or coconut oil and 2-heaped tbsp. of vanilla whey with a dash of cinnamon, 1/4 cup oats and another tbsp. of granulated sweetener.
