What Is Sober October?

Go Sober for October is an initiative started by Macmillan, who are encouraging people to do just that – stash away the sauce for 31 days to raise money in support of those facing cancer.

With October sitting smugly in between summer’s vacations and rooftop boozing, and the inevitable excess of Christmas, it’s the perfect month to focus on doing something good for your health… without missing out on all the fun!
